Mr. Sher(pronounced as "Sir"), Wen-Ching, is my classmate at senior high school. The family name as Sher is rare in Taiwanese, not even the Chinese. Historically, the most famous is the Madam Sher(佘太君) at Song Dynasty who leading the Young's family to fight the Chi-Dan. 廟前廣場相對窄小 看不出"都城隍"的架式. 廟內格局 除"城隍夫人"神像外 另有"城隍大, 二公子"神像 比較特殊

神像造型 有些頗具現代感(與鳳山城隍廟相似 異於左營舊城城隍廟者) 殿內 匾額題字 是清咸豐皇帝賜的"金門保障"

Yuan-Shiao Festival is new year terminal, every lunar Jan. 15 when high moon is complete.It is a happy day, mostly is different style fireworks, esp. at night. Almost whole the Taiwan is enjoy it as another night festival, Tsoying is same but different as Gods on sedan to round the town at night.
